Our membership benefits are paid direct “on behalf of” the client, rather than by reimbursement only, when arrangements are made by International LifeLine™.
- Coverage responds to crisis situations occurring from political unrest, personal threats and armed conflict.
- Coverage does not require a government warning to be issued.
- Participants may be removed from their immediate location, regardless of the nearest transport hub.
- Evacuated employees, directors, officers and guests have the option to return to their host country or place of assignment within 14 days if return is safe and permitted.

Summary of Membership Benefits
Emergency Political & Civil Unrest Evacuation
A) Emergency Political Evacuation
Up to $50,000 USD any one Member, any one incident. This Member Benefit covers any costs and expenses necessarily incurred by a Member (s) arising during a trip in order to assist in a Political Emergency Evacuation following an Evacuation Advisory, provided that such services have been managed by the Emergency Provider appointed by International LifeLine™.
Emergency Political & Civil Unrest Evacuations benefits may NOT be utilized in the following countries and territories (subject to change):
Afghanistan, Chechnya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Israel (West Bank, Gaza and the occupied territories only), Venezuela, Myanmar, Haiti, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Pakistan, Lebanon, North and South Sudan, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and any US/UK/European Sanctioned Countries
Definitions
For the purposes of this membership benefit:
A 'Couple' is a subscribing member and their Partner.
A 'Partner' means a Member’s legally married spouse or partner, who permanently lives with the Member or a person who is permanently living with the Member and has been for at least 6 months and the relationship is in the nature of a marriage even though it has not been legally formalized.
A 'Family' means and comprises each of the following:
(a) the subscribing individual; and
(b) the subscribing individual’s Partner (if they have a Partner); and the Child or Children of (a) and (b) above.
A 'Child' or 'Children' means any Member’s (whether the subscribing individual to the Member’s membership or the subscribing individual’s Partner) natural, legally adopted, foster or step child/children provided that such child is unmarried and under age 19 and permanently living with the Member; or up to age 23 if in full-time education.
